Eligibility for Return / Exchange
A product is eligible for return or exchange only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The product has not been worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer.
The original tags, labels, invoice, packaging, and accessories are intact and returned along with the product.
The customer submits a return/exchange request within 24 hours of delivery, with unboxing video evidence.
No return/exchange will be accepted without a clear unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the parcel until the end (no pause or cuts).
Products Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
For hygiene, safety, and customized production reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Earrings, Nose Pins, Ear Chains (Mattal)
Hair Accessories, Headsets, Nethichutti, Andal Kondai
Salangai / Ghungroo / Classical Dance Items
Customised Orders / Made-to-Order Items
Used or Worn Jewellery
Products sold under Sale, Discount, Offer, or Clearance promotions
Colour / Size differences due to lighting or camera variations
Note: Minor variations in colour, finishing, stone shade, and texture are not considered defects.
Process for Return / Exchange

Our support team will review and respond within 48 working hours.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back to our return address within 3 working days.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will:
Issue a replacement product, or
Provide store credit / coupon code valid for 6 months
Refunds are not provided unless the product is unavailable for replacement.
Shipping and Courier Charges
For approved return/exchange cases due to damage/defect/wrong item, return shipping charges will be borne by [Your Store Name].
For all other cases (size issue, personal preference, mistake during order selection), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit & Refunds
Store credit will be issued within 3 to 7 working days after product inspection.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed only to the original mode of payment.
Refund processing time may vary based on the bank/payment gateway.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
No scratches, stone loss, or breakage
No perfume, sweat, or water damage
No missing stones or attachments
Original packing including:
Invoice
Jewellery box/pouch
Free gifts (if provided)
Failure to meet these conditions will result in rejection of the return request.
International Orders
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international shipments due to customs and logistics constraints.
Customers are advised to confirm product details before purchase.
Product Descriptions & Colour Disclaimer
Despite strict quality checks, there may be slight variations in:
Stone shades
Polish tone (matte/glossy)
Texture and finishing
Weight and measurements
These differences are not considered manufacturing defects.
